During the 20 minutes your DNA is "running": Finish the Hypothesis for the lab by creating a pedigree and
predicting the genotypes of Ava and her tested family members. In
addition, using the picture from page 2 of the background information
(under "Step 3: DNA digestion"), draw a gel that predicts the banding
patterns that you will observe during the lab.
