3. Intro Macromolecule Info Sheet Assignment
H.W. The following 3 items are due on THURSDAY:
1. Complete the following for your Macromolecule Info Sheet:
- Make sure your info sheet (the cardstock that I handed out in class today) is divided so that you have 4 equal sections (2 sections on each side)
- Each section should be labeled with one of each of the 4 major organic macromolecules discussed in class.
- Next to the labels, include at least 2 colored examples of items that are related. For example, for carbohydrates, you can include a picture of pasta noodles. You may print the pictures out and glue them to your card (from the internet, magazine, etc) OR you may hand draw them (which I prefer). Either way, the pictures must be in COLOR. Do not make your pictures too big! You will be given further instructions on what else will be required to go into each section. Make this look neat and effort filled!!!

Take notes while you are watching the video on each of the three (carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins) macromolecules discussed. Title each section of the notes you take with the appropriate macromolecule name and underline, highlight or color the name.
Now create a table to include all of the following for each new vocabulary term discussed today in class: The vocabulary term, the definition or meaning of the term, a picture illustrating the meaning of the term and a word association or trick to help you remember the meaning of the term.
